Hi, I’m Vidya, a wildlife and nature photographer based in Canada.

 

A south Asian woman wearing a blue jacket is kneeling on grass and is taking a photo with a large camera.

I take photos of the creatures that live around us, whether they're in urban neighbourhoods, local conservation areas or in remote places. I am fascinated by the connections between animals and their habitats, and I like to explore that in my work.

I'm passionate about ethical wildlife photography, and all my photos are of wild animals captured in their natural environments, without the use of bait or call playback.
